WHEN RENTING A COFFEE MACHINE
BUY OR RENT?
Rental is best for volume, no upfront fee with a maintenance plan, including machine swop out for faults. Buying is best for fewer cups and if you prefer ownership. Coffee costs remain the same for both options.
RENTAL TERM
We offer 36 and 12 month contracts. Try a machine for 3 days before committing to anything.
BUYING THE PRODUCTS
We’re coffee experts. Feel free to ask us anything about coffee machines. Our delivery is free in major cities, and monthly rental costs are reduced with higher consumption, including free servicing.

INSTALLATION & TRAINING
When installing your machine, our expert technician will conduct an in-depth training session, teaching you how to use your coffee machine and get the most out of it.
We also regularly create video content to our learning Centre on our website which provides you with the resources you need to learn about the world of coffee and coffee machines.
MAINTAINANCE & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
We believe that customer service is an end-to-end offering, so, if you experience any technical issues on your rented coffee machine, feel free to call and we will assist you in every way possible.
All rented coffee machines come with free maintenance to cover you in the event of a malfunction. If your machine fails to work, we will replace it to ensure that you experience minimal downtime

We offer a variety of beans from single origin, to blends from all around the world and even an all-African blend. Our filter coffee range also includes an array of options for all taste preferences.
For our vending machines, we supply carefully developed ingredients including a close to 100% powdered milk, hot chocolate, and vending sugar.
