Fast & Easy
If you live alone or with a partner, this Automatic Coffee Machine makes coffee fast. You simply get up in the morning, press that ON button, and seconds later, it’s ready to make that morning coffee that can never seem to arrive fast enough. Of course the coffee isn’t luke warm like some machines, it’s hot!
Just Coffee
There are some downsides – it doesn’t do milk – it focusses on what it does best coffee or espresso. Who has the time these days to clean the milk parts of a machine anyhow, so you can sneak your milk into the microwave – ok, maybe that is a bit sacrilege (but it works!).
There are three cup sizes, espresso, mid-size and large matching each program to your preferred cup size. Some people just want more coffee, so they love using large coffee mugs, and this automatic coffee machine has a nice high spout setting.
Easy Maintenance
The water tank isn’t the largest, so if you drink a few cups, you will need to fill it daily and maybe on weekends a tad more. No biggie, as the container neatly lifts out and back in – easy enough. Of course, Jura is renowned to add replaceable water filters, so tap water goes straight in. The filters last about 3 months.
Just before bedtime, you just fill up the water tank and empty the coffee waste container and tray, which means you’re ready, set, go for the next morning – easy, peasy and less than 2 minutes. It also does it’s name justice in that the automatic coffee machine also switches off itself after a few hours, just in case you forget.
The black finish and buttons on top are as with many appliances a bit of a dust trap, but with a quick wipe of a damp micro-fibre cloth you’re all shiny and new.
Final Verdict
So if you want an Automatic Coffee Machine with relative hassle-free operation, which makes coffee taste almost indistinguishable from your local coffee shop, the Jura Ena Micro 1 is a perfect choice. You’ll be spending your time enjoying buying and trying out various types of beans.
